There are only a few riders in the modern peloton as versatile as Pauline Ferrand-Prévot. The Olympic XCO gold medalist and past world champion in, well, almost everything, is now racing the Tour de France Femmes after disappearing from the peloton for 81 days following an injury suffered at the Vuelta a España Femenina. The 33-year-old Visma-Lease a Bike rider already won Paris-Roubaix this year with an impressive solo effort, and started the week-long women's Tour as one of the favourites.

With a seven stages of racing behind us and approaching the crucial summit finish on Saturday, "PFP" sits comfortably second in the general classification and best-placed of the pre-race favourites.
